1. Free Delivery Service
For any location in West Bank, our shop provides a free delivery service for orders of 150 shkeles and above. We charge only 10 shekels for orders less than 150 shekels. Our delivery service is unique and distinguishing and can reach every city, town village within 3-7 days.
2. Customer Services
A. Customer service on phone
Our employees at the office are available to answer customer’s inquiries during the working hours. Moreover, they keep contact with every customer and keep him/her updated with their order statuses and delivery time.
B. 24 hours Instant Chat Service
We offer 24 hours customer service through instant chat in our website. A group of well-trained employees serve the customers and help them by sending guidances for the website and answering their inquiries.
C. Facebook service
The high importance of social media, in particular Facebook in reaching a large sector of people who are interested in online purchase lead us to offer Facebook customer service where a well-qualified employees are available to resolve customers inquiries 24 hours a day.
3. Cash on Delivery Service
To assure the customers’ satisfaction of and trust with us, we offer cash on delivery service such that the customer pays when he/she gets his/her order. Using cash on delivery service we give the customer better comfortability and security to deal with our shop.
4. Products Photography Service
We offer a Photography service for our sellers to capture their products for cheap fees. Our photographers provides professional and high quality photos for your products which definitely will increase you sales. Photography fees are charged per day for 250 shekels. Price is negotiable in cases for small number of products.
5. Data Entry Service
We offer a data entry service for our sellers for quickly adding products to our website. Our data entry employees are professionals and guarantee well-described products that support your product view. We charge 2 shekels per product for our sellers.
